What does it cost?
The report and feedback session costs £75.00.
How does it work?
When you sign up, we send you a link to an online questionnaire, which you complete whenever you like. It takes about 40 minutes. We then put your responses into your personal report, which is delivered to you with a feedback session.
What do I get?
You get a 15+ page personalised report which tells you all about your strengths as well as the things that drain you. It shows your preferences at work, and it also shows what energy you will bring to finding a new role and how you might use all the information in the report to make changes. The feedback session is half an hour on the phone to help you gain clarity on your thoughts for the future and your action plan.

Coaching session
The report is self-explanatory and does not use jargon, so it is easy to understand, supported by the telephone feedback. In addition, you may want to have a full coaching session – either on the phone or face to face, depending on your needs. You may find that the changes you want to make are more radical or challenging, and this is where a coach can really help.
